        Longkou Conglin/German CarBody System Engineering Co,.Ltd,(Conglin Carbody in brief)is a high and net-tech company jointly 8000 ton isothermal extrusion press from Japan for the large section aluminum extrusions,using the 30meters long 5axes machining center from FOOKE Germany and the walking welding robot newly developed by Cloos Germany,as well as the self-developed large type bending machine and other tens of middle and samll type of numerical control machining centers,the company mainly engaged in manufacturing large carbody module and component for railway and light rail trains.Supported by the company's provincial technology development center,and academician from the two academies.4foreign experts,6 international welding engineers trained in Germany and 20 operating engineers for numerical control machining center,the company has set up an innovation and developing platform.
        The activities of CBSE are welding and processing high quality-requiring industrial Al-profiles and stainless steel profiles by using the high quality industrial Al-profile form Conglin Group.The executing standard for Car body welding is DIN 6700-21C.Now CBSE has developed three main processing areas:model processing of car body,processing of medical equipment components and high voltage switcher case.
